Clearance Procedures

As your vessel approaches the harbour, the Captain will need to contact Port Security on VHF channel 16 and request Customs and Immigration clearance. They will then either direct them to a pier or an anchorage. Please make sure the Captain indicates the vessel's draft as this will determine which pier the vessel can come alongside if they should choose to have them at the pier rather than at an anchorage.
